Cancellation Policy
Paws With Perception does not charge for individual/private training classes or group training classes, whether provided in person or virtually. The Client agrees to provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice when unable to attend a scheduled individual/private training appointment or group training class. If the Client cancels an individual/private training appointment or group training class with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice, or fails to attend without providing notice, Paws With Perception may charge a $150 no-show fee. The $150 fee is not a charge for the training itself. Training remains provided at no charge. The fee is solely associated with reserving a training appointment or class space and receiving insufficient notice that the reserved space will not be used. The no-show fee applies equally to in-person and virtual training. The Trainer may waive the no-show fee when circumstances reasonably warrant a waiver, including emergencies or other circumstances determined appropriate by the Trainer. If the Client arrives late to a scheduled individual/private appointment and does not communicate with the Trainer regarding the delay, the Trainer may wait up to fifteen (15) minutes before considering the Client a no-show. Repeated last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or failure to provide appropriate notice may result in termination of the Client's participation in Paws With Perception training services.
